Finally i have passed phase 1 on a MFF 10k account.
its been a long road so far, a lot harder than i ever expected. next phase should be much less stressful.
as to MFF customer service, no complaints here, have been experiencing nothing but improvements from them.
eg: pass phase 1, got an email within 5 mins, indicating very simply what was required for the next phase to proceed, pressed 1 button and within a min had new account login details.
