Finally i have passed phase 1 on a MFF 10k account.
its been a long road so far, a lot harder than i ever expected. next phase should be much less stressful.
as to MFF customer service, no complaints here, have been experiencing nothing but improvements from them.
eg: pass phase 1, got an email within 5 mins, indicating very simply what was required for the next phase to proceed, pressed 1 button and within a min had new account login details.

Great to hear your side of customer service.

MFF moderators actually posted that incorrect email addresses had been provided.

If they can't even get their email address correct, what hope have they got.

This did not happen. Your mt 4 stopped working on the 25 th day of my evaluation.

3) You never informed me of before hand this migration to another server ( mt4 ).

why ?

4 ) I do not lie of my open trades on Friday. See the attachment.

With all this if you still decide not to add expected profit ( 3250 $ ) as per my claim, I would say you failed in your duty.

If you would to call me or chat with me, I am available.

My new mt4 account no .................

Go ahead and give a credit of 3250 dollars as per my claim.

I am offering this to salvage your reputation and prestige.

Hello,

All accounts in the previous server expired 60 days after they are made, that is what I mean by expired.

You will not be getting $3250 added to your account as I explained in my previous email.

My conclusion and advise to new traders :

If you sign up with MFF now, it is totally at risk. Any time mt4 mat stop working as they keep on migrating to new servers being new company.

Unlike FTMO, these guys will not be supportive to challenge traders even if the problem is theirs.

With FTMO, if the problem is theirs, they are ready to discuss and adjust equity based on findings.

On top of all, in the new dash board offered by MFF, I see only 2 accounts. The one which is running now and the previous one.

They have no trade records of previous account it looks like.

Pathetic.

I only hope they do not follow Funding talent way.

And customer service team needs to improve a lot..lot.

And finally I would say stay away from MFF until they come out of the mess from servers, dashboard and customer service.

their support is horrible, i think they got much more exposure what they deserve. so that they are not caring their clients. as if they dont bother few as they are having good numbers regularly. dangerous approach for a business if they looking to stay for long. few days ago i also mailed them related to trading environment. but they came up with a earning which wasn't there. mailed 3-4 times and got same reply they dont even reply to the issue i mentioned. you r lucky at least they replied to the issue.

Sorry for the rant. I am even more sorry that they will not make this right for you. I hope that your experience with them will improve.

Perhaps the customer service could be a little better based on your posts here.

I have seen his responses on MFF discord and to put it nicely he does show somewhat of a short fuse which is at odds with great customer service.

Reach out to another support person is my advise and structure your concerns in a firm but non aggressive manner.

If you have run your course on this matter then so be it.

On a different note, I may alter the value of my next challenge with them simply to test the process especially if I choose MT4 platform as I would prefer not to have server issues like you have had but I will check deeper before deciding which way to go.

FTMO grown steadily unlike MFF who became popular in short time because of fall of Funding talent.

from day1 we said this one-man-show company couldn't be serious.

yes, better to invest on a firm who is in the market for longer time. little extra will not make big effect if service and trading environment is good

If it is indeed a one man show then naturally it would have no real chance of surviving over the long term.

It takes a team to run these operations otherwise it's not going to be a pretty ending.

I will be deleting the firm from Post 1.

I do remember talking in chat to a woman one time. Who knows what he means by "infrastructure" problems. Maybe it means, hey I made tons of money working my butt off running basically a one-man show, and now it's time to do the right thing by paying out/refunding what we owe and enjoying the fruits(profits) of all that hard work.
