That is quoted in my post you replied to here. But there are other reports available on CDC regarding this matter that cite the studies and have substantial number of participants and the come to the same conclusions; there is no significant reduction in the transference.
Though they all recommend protective measures regardless of outcome, hand and surface cleaning, coughing into a cloth, etc...

Apparently this subject has had some studies for a number of years as far back as 1980's

From all the studies the numbers do not qualify a response for or against but is more opinion leaning.

Then I think the ASTM test guideline is the last place for you to refer and decide to trust or not. Second best would be compare the number of Yes and No publications and read the referenced papers in the review you posted

I personally believe because not only the analytical findings, certification and its requirements, but also actual situations. Hk where I live and many Asian countries gone through SARS are the ones with highest population wearing masks or have laws for it. We are pretty low in vaccination ratio, no drug treatment disclosed, no lock down since very beginning. I think when we live in the second most dense place in the world with only PPE but yet able to contain the COVID now, compare with how miserable we were in SARS before all wore masks after 3 months from start, that is something to do with personal hygiene and respiratory aerosol containment.

Ok I did my best to provide both objective and personal view. The final decision would be you and for yourself only.

But I hope readers would clear a few misconceptions:
1. priority date of the US patent is not the start day
2. virus esp flu and COVID needs constant moisture, such as respiratory fluid in body or as aerosol in air
3. mRNA vaccines do not produce the complete virus

I think he has changed his mind after analytical study of masks...

Hello to all! An interesting situation for the trade is developing for the EURUSD on Day pair. As you can see from the blue trend pattern, the price bounced off the 100% HP level, which is more likely to be a reversal for the trend globally. However, just below at 1.10590 is the 100% 1-6 level of the same model, as well as the C level of the pentagram (orange). Often, this pentagram level is reached by price touchdown with a reversal spike. Therefore, at the moment, I expect just such a scenario.

An interview with Benjamin in HK. The one with a review saying “no” to mask but later his own research said “yes”. The interview is 1 month old.

As of the vaccine, finding the running cost and toxicity for liposomes, mRNA (not MRNA) and graphene oxide and understand the reason of why using liposome as carrier would debunk a lot of misconceptions. But I think people would choose not to believe even when I say the cost per dose for liposome, the cheapest among the 3, is <$2.
