NFP nice bump up on EURUSD

Merlin or MUDD,

So if there is a "PAUSE" in the works from the FOMC, does this mean it will strengthen the dollar, or make it weaker???

I am not Merlin or Mudd but deom what I understand, pause means bad for the dollar...especially if ECB decide to raise...and jitters about Japan ending its ZIRP.
