Glorybound, This can be up or down,it depends on where price reaches on the chart.Price can reach 80% with buying pressure, and create a reversal taking out ADR low 100% down and vice versa

For aggressive mode, regardless of which timeframe you use, the moving averages are 5 and 13 for the sub-window.

Standard mode moving averages are 8 and 21.

It gets easier with practice.

I tend to like indices on very short timeframes, whereas currencies are slower moving.

Well, it's not a trading method per se, it's a tool used to show where price may go on a normal volatility day.

As you can see, there have been some 200% range days, but knowing volatility has increased, you would put the take profits further away

What else or how else do you determine where price might go and stop, consolidate, etc?

This is why support and resistance work sometimes, price only moves so much on a daily basis, and those levels have to line up at some point.

To answer your question, yes, it works for me, I have taken profit at times when the price had moved 1 x ADR.

Are you aware of the new update? In the settings you can set Daily, Weekly, and Monthly targets. I haven't used it much, so I don't know how reliable the targets are.
