Daylight Savings Questions.....

I am wondering if now that Daylight Savings has ended, if the London and Europe markets open at a different time. For the last several months they have opened at 2:30 AM and 3:00 AM (Eastern Time) I am wondering if is still the same or is an hour earlier now that Daylight Savings has ended.

If i am right the times for London and Europe open should be the same because EST daylight savings ended october 29th, but also all of europe went back one hour on Ocotber 29 so the times should be the same. I think with Asia its different though, i dont think their times changed, so the asian open will be different. Not 100% positive about this, but i'm fairly sure thats how it is.

Some countries use daylight savings, others do not.
Those countries that do use it do not all start and stop using it at the same times.

I am wondering, does the shift in daylight savings time even matter? Do, say London traders, use their local time (including daylight savings) when trading or do they just use GMT time and ignore the daylight savings shift?
