Trading in Daylight Saving Time (DST)..City Index

Hi there, does anyone know how much DST affect forex trading?

The DST happened around 1st Nov 2009. Is this correct?

I recently encountered an anomaly with City Index for USD/JPN pair, and they claimed that it was due to DST.

Is anyone familiar?
