With less than 1hr till close daily is very likely to print a small range bullish candle - an upside follow through from y/day's dragonfly doji / pinbar candle. Starting with the 2675 lo the fractal prints have been; LL, =LH, HL, H, HL, LH, H, L, HH, HL, LH, and a final HL created by close of today's daily candle. So, this t/f's general fractal uptrend remains intact and the higher probability from last week's close ie an upside move played out notwithstanding last week's weekly candle long upper wick.

Prev 4hr/dly sw hi zone to 3312/14 remains the near-term upside obstacle / 78.6% of the 3482-2675 at top of that too, and within it there is a prev 1hr sw hi 3293-97 thru which Dly R1 runs which is the current hi of the day. There are various 1hr-mthly desc t/lines in close proximity above the current dly hi up to the next 'major' prev sw hi zone - the prev dly/wkly/mthly swing hi zone to 3482/3514. Dly below.

The 20/50/100 ema crosses are likely to end the week as below.

...you can see on mthly below that desc t/line that joins 2.1162 with 7188, - the swing hi at 3482 missed it by a handful of pips but on this mthly chart I've joined the 3 swing hi's as it was close enough....

With a 51 pips ATR trading cable was a waste of time today unless you like pain

...although Friday's last 1hr candle was a bearish bodied inverted hammer (1hr below,) the daily and weekly bullish closes, the 20/50/100 ema crosses (up, to dly t/f,) and the general fractal uptrends on 1hr to weekly chart suggests that a break and clear of 3312/14 is more probable than not. A greater probability does not mean it will definitely happen, only that it is more probable.

Whether this bullishness will extend to an upside break and clear of the 3482 prev swing hi (September 2020) which sits in that prev sw hi zone to 3514 (from December 2019) is less clear. There are plenty of potential upside obstacles ahead of it, not least the deep zone leading to the 3482/3514 prev sw hi's itself - it being a prev dly/wkly/mthly sw hi. It will be interesting to see how the mthly closes....we might know more then ?

Re yearly candle in the making with only a few weeks left...any close @/around the 3249 yearly open could see a long lower wicked dragonfly doji / pinbar close. Any further downside or upside will result in either a likely bearish or bullish bodied hammer close.

I don't have a yearly chart but you can work it out from the open price [3249] and very likely 1411 lo - both of which are known to us, and the current price (friday's closing bid) which is 3288. We don't know the hi and the close yet but at the moment it will look something like this below.

This deal was agreed earlier and did not cause a jump. The rise is rather due to higher optimism with EU deal (possibly misplaced).

Looks like a no-deal brexit is coming and then more talks next year, to make mini deals to keep the trade going.

Brexit will happen in 5 weeks, deal or not...and it won't be a time of sunshine and happiness, it will take a long time before everything resumes back to normal. There might be a downmove on GU for the rest of the year and then a black swan event on january 1st, to finish the remaining bulls off.
