Good morning.

How can I quickly check if my JF4XTrader EA is working properly?

(1) Put EA on the chart.
(2) Take a look at LOG file output.
(3) If everything seems to be OK you can see only "INFO:" log level tags in your log output.
(4) And you can see: "INIT_SUCCEEDED" output.

If you can see log level tags:
WARNING
ERROR
FATAL

You need to solve it.

is it better or worse to try M30?

I see u got different signal using C indicator in every timeframe...
M30 also seems promising with all the BTM rules

I'm sorry. I don't know the answer.
We're using "C" indicator only on M15 period.

more often than not it is the Money Management which makes a strategy successfull and not the timeframe..

JoeeF coded a trendfollowing system with entries on M15..based on H4 trend by TMA bands and additional indicators

based on the "BTM"-system ..tests will show if there is more than hope..

We need two templates now. One for JFC indicator and one for JFXC indicator. New settings has been added too:

ChartsTemplateNameC="JF4XTrader"
ChartsTemplateNameXC="JF4XTraderX"

Is this a good trade? We're beyond the 50% of the range.

Yes definitly stay near midband or under it it's better..., less trades but less risk....I've 2 account to test differences and this week not so good for this trade strategies, prove that % trade range is a key...
I can't wait for 1.04 and a question ... we could use all 2 strategies simply use 2 charts with 2 ea with different magic number and xlm file right?

Yes of course and i use range% set to 60% to take some more trades.... Maybe next week i'll reduce it under 50%
