Did you save XML config file and restart EA?

And please be sure you read this:
Always check in LOG file that JF4XTrader EA is able to understand your settings. -
The LOG output for settings has been improved.
Settings from Inputs tab are "global" to all strategies.

Oh, I guess that is the reason you were given the indicators folder...

Same for me, just drag the missing indicator and save the template again.
