Yes, the trade is still opened. There is an opposite arrow for now.

Hello JoeeF, I have just encountered another problem, the EA is not giving popup Alert or send Push notification. Am not sure where I got it wrong...
I had the arrows for GJ, EG but no alerts

OK. Firstly, why you aren't follow the first post?

Please get rid everything out and start from scratch.

You've got EURUSD symbol I think. So follow the first post. Only put files in proper folders and edit nothing. Start only with one symbol. Simply follow the first post.

Was a bit impatient when doing things...it has worked fine both for Alerts and Push Notification for both EURAUD and USDJPY.

Please always put JF4XTrader on the fresh opened chart and do not attach to that chart anything else.

(2) Secondly. This part of your LOG file is very weird. It seems that you are using more instances of my EA with same config file. And you mustn't do this, it's obvious.

Please be sure you're using only one JF4XTrader on one chart. Don't put it on more than one chart.

PS:
You can use as many JF4XTraders as you want of course. However, in that case you must provide XML config file for each one. This is advanced stuff. I don't want to confuse people.

first of all compliments for your work here, it's excelent both in patience and quality.
Maybe I missed it somewhere in the thread: is it possible only to receive alerts from the dashboard and trade all signals manually ?

I found this param in the config XML, EAMode="EA_MODE_A", does it matter to this question ?

Alerts are fired when there is confluence between arrow and trend.

EA is working fully automatically too. Of course. In this the first release the rules for auto-trading are:

(1) Only TP1 at r1/s1
(2) SL at opposite side s1/r1
(3) reward>=risk

Fully automated trade you can find here for example.

JF4XTrader is based on my own robust, platform independent (MT4/5) and universal framework. The input you've mentioned isn't used in this version. EA is ignoring that input.

Very appriciated.

Now i will look at this and detrash my mt4. I only wanted one instance of the EA running, somehow seems that it doesnt close correct and so on...

what I'd like to know is simply if there's a way to disable completely automated trading mode while continuing to receive alerts.
