Any success? I've been considering writing such code, I think I can build the array, but I can't figure out how to plot it on a chart without recalculating the whole thing on every new bar (which will mess with resource usage and indicator reliability).

After a few changes of timeframe on the base chart it sometimes draws the seconds one.
It scratches the disc too much though, don't leave it working for long.

Version 1.24 released (I updated Post 1). In this version,
1. The EA uses the standard functions of the kernel32 for file operations to deal with brokers who offer symbols with suffixes such as "EURUSD..r" that cannot be handled with FileOpenHistory() of MQL4.

Version 1.25 released (I updated Post 1). In this version, I fixed the bug causing MT4 to freeze (abnormal termination error)

hi, i know this is an old post. but i find this seconds chart creator interesting and im trying to use it. can you please tell me where do i attach my trading EA on the offline chart that's eventually produced or the m1? thank you

The 1M chart on which I attach it to (I have some Qs) - Does it always need to be 'running'? If I close it or switch TF then the offline chart's history stops.
If I then start the process again, there is no history at all and the offline chart starts from scratch. How can I add to past history of candles?

This EA needs real ticks and since they are not available in the history of MT4, you have to run the EA continuously (without interruption), for example, on VPS.

But, could anybody please enlighten me: what does the 2nd parameter "N" mean? The first one, 10sec a bar, is easy to understand.

Hello Math, That EA is awesome. I have been using it for CFD stocks and my personal trading is working fine. But sometimes I have a problem when I install this EA in the chart and the second chart doesn´t charge, I go to File - Open Offline and there is not any second chart. I attach a AAPL chart where You can see the happy face in the EA, and the message "Offline Chart #AAPL, M7 is open" doesn´t appear.

I hope you can help me what is the cause.

Please, can you create a MT5 version of this N-Second Chart tool?
Or, how can I convert it to MT5?
