Anyone believe this?

'We believe the central bank won’t let the currency pair move below the 1.15 threshold '

'Last night, EUR/CHF’s price action was volatile before the currency pair started to pick up towards 1.1630. There is rumour that the SNB has had to step forward to stop further CHF appreciation. As usual, it is hard to tell whether the rumours are true or not. However, given the sharp appreciation of the Swiss Franc of the past couple of weeks, there is little doubt the central bank won’t stand and watch the CHF going to the moon. Market participants will get more information next Monday when the SNB will release its weekly report. We believe the central bank won’t let the currency pair move below the 1.15 threshold'. https://uk.investing.com/analysis/did-the-snb-intervene-in-to-prevent-further-chf-strength-200199551

{quote} "EURCHF on track to retrace 2015 SNB move The pair developed a bullish channel and in case of a breakout of the higher side EURCHF could be projected near 1.20, a 100% retracement of the Swiss National Bank event of January 2015. The channel has a width of 230 pips thus below the lower side of the channel EURCHF is supposed to drop at least 230 pips. " I had the above in my notes from an article 2017.11.15 (forgot to get the link). {image}

that is true, for now. CHF got some strength from OANDA cause >70% traders at there long USD/CHF.
And in the end, it affected EUR/CHF as well.
As for USD/CHF, i don't know where it might go but EUR/CHF might have a limited bottom and big upside left. Just buy into it.

tp should be at least 1.19 i think. Btw, good entry, cause current price got manipulated till this level. And we might see SNB intervention to push EUR/CHF higher later.

“If the US Treasury was to label another currency a currency manipulator it would imply that three criteria had been hit“... this article seems to suggest, in its undertone, that Trump might try to stop Swiss currency manipulation.

Intra day Alpari TC Technical Analysis puts EURCHF as falling to 1.5350 and 1.5050 in extension. The puts the pair below their Daily pivot point of 1.5400 and resets the daily as "Fall" instead of "Rise" which means long term down trend.

from there, they think trump will understand and not doing much about it.
With current condition it will be good as well for trump to let it be.

Might EURCHF fall back into sideways pattern?

SNB calling for CHF weakness and saying it's over/highly valued and says intervention still on the agenda. The difference being that now sellers seem happy to sell into USDCHF and EURCHF rallies as USD supply prevails overall and global fragility gives safe-haven demand for the franc.'

It is now down to the daily pivot at 1.15400. If it reverses the longer term trend to 'decline', it may go down to 1.1250. But if this fall is based on short term news then maybe not.

Swiss Franc Surge Seen as Blip in Currency's Descent as SNB Lags
Bloomberg
The franc is likely to reverse last month's rally to weaken to 1.20 against the euro, a level not seen since the Swiss National Bank abandoned a ceiling three years ago, according to Julius Baer Group Ltd. and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.

Are you people still believing this BS.

Even all SNB words in late 2014 was proven BS in January 2015.
After 3 years now, Eurchf is half way from 1.20 historical crash and SNB scandal!!
