Wow...just got this email from KPMG in response to me email yesterday...

Dear Sir/Madam
Alpari (UK) Limited (in special administration) (the "Company")
I can confirm that you have agreed your claim with the Joint Special Administrators and that you have chosen to assign your claim to FSCS. Your details have been passed on to FSCS.
Due to the number of checks that need to be performed to ensure that a client can be paid, including confirmation of personal and bank account details, some clients who have agreed their claims in the Claims Portal will not have been paid in the first tranche of compensation payments. The JSAs and FSCS are working through these as quickly as possible and if any further information is required from individual clients, the JSAs or FSCS will be in contact. If no further information is required it is envisaged that those clients will be paid in the next tranche of compensation payments. FSCS expect to make the next compensation payments in June 2015.
Please continue to monitor your registered trading email address for communication from both the Joint Special Administrators and/or FSCS. Please also continue to monitor the Joint Special Administrators’ website- www.kpmg.com/uk/alpari

Hello, I've got the money today. It has taken more then two weeks time since 15th of May.
I am happy, and I got my trust in FSCS again. The period of uncertainty and anxiety has closed for me. The curiosity is that I've just sent a complaining message to http://www.fscs.org.uk/contact-us/ yesterday...

I unfortunately did not come yet, and on the 15th I got the letter.
I have written a complaint, but so far can not read

No one day earlier. Its a absolute waste of time and energy, to call,
whine, post hate posts aso..

For me, its a absolute miracle ! that we will see out money again, so when..
well thats subordinate, and there is nothing to do to speed up the process.

Its like dealing with the Tsa, relax and let it happen.

How to opt out annoying user signatures ??

I agree...
They said we can get the fund before 20th May, then they said before end of May.
No matter what, I won't believe any date they promise again. So there's no reason to make me calling again and again.
Just that the waiting is a bit boring, and troublesome.

Yes, a whole bunch of us did around May 18th to 22nd (first tranche)

I called FSCS yesterday and the lady said the second tranche will be paid in few weeks time but in June.

Spoke to FSCS.At the moment they can only confirm if you are on the list of clients who are going to
be paid by them.They cannot confirm if you are on the list of clients who will be paid towards the
end of june.

im not happy with the exchange rate i lost an extra 1000 pounds on top..i should have gone with the broker

In response to Navins comment, has anyone else who took the FSCS route lost gbp because of the exchange rate? Also it would be too late to go with ETX at this point right?
