Anyone getting lots of phone calls from finance companies.

My information has been sold, and these phone calls are pissing me off.
Had a EURUSD sell with its SL in profit before the blackout, when it came back the SL was executed at spot price and gave me a nice loss !
Waiting on customer service feedback on this. If I dont get a refund...byebye ETX.

Please share the result cause this freeze was very suspicious. It froze exactly on 4h 61.8 fibo retracement where it bounced quite a bit.

If I understand you correctly, they closed your position past your SL so you lost more than expected. If this is the case, I would hope the Sl is honoured. I don't know the T&C for ETX, but I remember when I was with Oanda years ago, they would always rectify problems on their side ( spikes etc )

Hope I get an answer by tomorrow.
I tried to call FSCS twice, they left me half an hour on waiting.
I will try to call them tomorrow again
I hope my name is included on the 2nd tranche

I just called the FSCS and they said they couldn't confirm to me whether they had my details (they didn't even ask for them by the way) but they said they'd expect the 2nd instalment to be pretty soon as the last was mid-May.

It is becoming a joke now.

I was told twice by FSCS that everybody would be refunded by end of May.

Now they are shifting it to June......

We need an official update from them. The conflicting info is not on.....

I phoned FSCS and told application forms for claims were sent out on Wednesday 20th may 2015

didn't receive by Thursday 28th may 2015

rang FSCS again to be told they cannot find any record of me in their systems.

apparantley the data kpmg has sent over was not in the correct format and there could be many many tranches of payments.

I have emails kpmg about this twice and not received any response.

in fact I will email them again now

Me too, although just once. I looked up the number on the Internet and it was a UK forex broker I had never heard about. I can't remember now which one it is, that happened like a month ago...

Have also send an email to the CEO of Leaprate to see if they cannot get more info from them.

KPMG is busy pissing me off with their incompetency!!!
