That trade is breakout trading, not our usual Retracement trading.

Happy trading,
Yomi.

Haa! This is a late entry..........Your trigger (5ema -arrow) is paramount here and your entry should be the next candle after the trigger or not more than 2 candles after the trigger.

Please see the attached chart.

Happy trading,
Yomi.

Yes, you waited too long considering the present situation of the market now compared to what happened then as my post 256.

To be on a safer side, if the CSM is not giving you a go ahead to takes the trade, please don't wait more than two candles, otherwise let the trade go, another good setup will surely come.

Happy trading,
Yomi.

I just wait until there is money lying in the corner, and all I have to do is go over there and pick it up. I do nothing in the meantime. Even people who lose money in the market say, "I just lost my money, now I have to do something to make it back." No, you don't. You should sit there until you find something.

Happy holiday,
Yomi.

What's the rationale for entering the trade?

I can't see the rationale for taking this trade, because your H1 - (DMI) is not ready for this trade at the time you took the trade.

See, this is what I do everyday:

"I just wait until there is money lying in the corner, and all I have to do is go over there and pick it up. I do nothing in the meantime. Even people who lose money in the market say, "I just lost my money, now I have to do something to make it back." No, you don't. You should sit there until you find something." - PDF (Patience, Discipline, and Focus).

Happy trading,
Yomi.

Must have overlooked something though...

Thanks, I saw the DMI on H1 but there was the TL break - so you don't use that bit?
