Dots are not repainting after bar close. So you can test them freely.

MyxoMop,

I have applied your V3 600 to the GBP/JPY pair to see how it looked on
a pair the has a lot of swings & the results look good, but maybe I am
being too hopeful. Here are my settings #1. Indicator 1, 3, 4.
#2. 1, 6, 4. Before zeroing in on these I tried others, but these same to
be the best for this pair. Auto refresh on the indicator would be nice.

I believe you are on to something in reference to trading the Blue & Red
circles, but I have not spent much time researching that yet. The quick
look I did give it looks good.

I think each pair traded will have their own special settings that will work,
but those setting may not work for other pairs.

I'm sure that almost each pair need different settings. For example, GBPUSD looks better with 1,8,4 and 1,16,4. I suppose that's because of different levels of volatility.

About blue and red dots... It's obvious for me, that this method can be good for trend trading, while dissimilarity method is for counter-trend. I will look into it in more detail. Maybe we can get here some kind of symbiosis of trend and counter-trend systems.

I agree. There is a method for trend & counter trend.

Waiting for dissimilar white dot without blue dot for long here:

But according to red/blue dots strategy, I would prefer to go short here, right after dissimilar yellow dot.
Because it can be very downtrendy after those blue dots.

I don't think so. They are totally depend on pairs and time frames.

In my opinion and according to the initial basic rule of Eurusdd, the settings are not correct.

On the first page the settings of the example is : small CI = 1-x-4 big CI = 1-2x-4 and the map of the example is M5.
But since the map is M5 couple is M15, so the settings must be 1-x-4 and 1-3x-4.

Personally i use two maps instead of one. Here is an example.

Hello grandfather,

This method is not incorrect, it was my view from what I got from eurusdd, your view is what he originally presented and I have traded it. But I made it my own and presented this version last year.

Just by doubling the big CI value you are x2 the tf, it is not limited to M5 and M15 which is x3, this is a idea for everyone to explore and experiment with tf ratios. Myxomop is a great example and using his additional filters.

Below is what it was capable of when first traded it, with good R:R you can get slow steady gains.
