There are threads on Forex Factory, and other forums on the internet, discussing both systems (search this forum for 'Symphonie Trader System').
Note: I use a 21 EMA instead of the Cobra System's 12 EMA on both the H4 and H1 charts and replaced the Cobra ADX with the Symphonie Matrix Indikator v3.0.1.
As always, you'll have to fiddle around with this system in order to make it your own.
Don't expect to get anywhere without spending many hours trying to understand how the forex market moves - as pointed out allover this forum: discipline to follow your own rules is key.

Edit on September 21th 2016: Stopped using this 'mixed system' a while ago and went back to the pure 'Forex Cobra System' (the pdf file for this system can be found allover the Internet and also here on forex factory). The symphonie system indicators look good on historical data, due to repainting... I always had a weakness for the Cobra System and the more I become aware of the dangers of getting into trades too early (and then staying in those losing trades too long!), the more I appreciate the filtering capacities of the Cobra. Of course there's no perfect trading system - simply because market movements are 80% random (at best, for as far as price doesn't get manipulated by 'Big Money') - and trading is all about not becoming (or remaining) part of the herd (meaning the mass of traders that jumps in and out of trades, or worse, becomes stuck in losing trades, which eventually wipes out their accounts - been there, done that way too often too :-)
Cheers
