Hello!

I am also very satisfied with your evolution program, but I´m not able to get
the indicators working (levels and histogram). I just take the levels from evo and manually insert lines on to the graph.

Maybe someone can tell me how to get the idicators working.

Somedays the indicator will show lines from previous day where price never were. How can there be volumes on levels when price never visited those levels? Take todays levels for AUDUSD for instance. It shows that the highest volumes had been around 0.86 for Friday, but price never even touched 0.86 on Friday.

It's really strange, but I see a big difference between AUDUSD currency pair and 6AZ9 future! The price range for future last Friday was 0.8554 - 0.8660 ! Check out the attached picture.

I have no idea how you have handle such situation, I never trade audusd, but personally can recommend trade futures instead of forex.

Hi, I will place full instruction to indicator soon, but so far:

- download indicator, place it to experts/indicators folder, restart terminal
- download archive with .csv files and unpack them to experts/files/evolution-levels/ folder
- attach indicator to chart
Excellent thread! Just would like to suggest one thing. Is it possible to have all the historical data. Lets say yesterdays volume, day before yesterday's volume etc where all the volumes connected between them in a simple straight line.

Just a suggestion.

Do you want to have only first maximum volume from previous days? I can provide you with them like:
date1, price, maxvolume
date2, price, maxvolume
date2, price, maxvolume

Just let me know if this is what you are looking for

Yes and preferably with all the max volume shown on each and every day with the evolution levels indicator. Is it possible? It is something looks like in the attachment with the red lines being the max volume and connected between them either daily to daily or weekly to weekly.

Unfortunately I can only provide you with historical volume data, how to draw the lines to connect them you have to do yourself. And it's hard to provide weekly data, here is just daily in format:

Have updated eVOLution-histogram, and now if volume is larger some value it draw histogram line with another color. All values for every periods and extra colors are customized from input parameters.

Next time I promise will name input parameters more user friendly

First of all, thanks for the great thread and your excellent work on volume.

I have a question about the Chicago Time Clock of your indicator (eVOLution-levels-1.7). My broker time is GMT+1, but the Chicago Time Clock shows GMT+0! Shouldn't it be GMT-6?

Also, I notice the max volume lines are drawn from 00:00 (Broker Time, ie. GMT+1). Again, I would think the lines should be drawn from 00:00 (Chicago Time).

Hi,

I have a question. To determine if the price is going to move past contract volume level or bounce of off it could it be useful to watch level 2 (futures) to see if there's many asks or bids at those price levels? If there are huge asks then it would bounce and the other way around?

Just thought that maybe this kind of approach can be useful to filter out trades.

Strange about the report, but are you sure the report for that date was released in time you checked?

2carolco - I know many peoples using this strategy, and as far as I know they are successfull, but unfortunately I still do not trade full time, and several minutes in evening are not enought to do the trading job.

If anyone have a questions feel free to post them here, or via private posts.

wow this is the best thread i think i have read in ff i wonder why its dying.volume trader i hope am not late but better late than never.and thank you so much for the indi i have sent u a pm regarding ua version 1.7 indi all indies r shown in my platform on the chart but when i put version 1.7 it doesnt show anything
When I downloaded the histogram files they were like this:
