nice article, stocks 15 months low... for sure corona, but still no brexit effect on the stocks... just thig gbp that dont want to give up going up!

i have 3231 marked out but it might not make it there....

i dont use the usd index.
im not so sure it helps.
the action is in the chart im looking at. others just confuse dont you think?

i agree with uiu to most parts yes knkie!!

i don’t use usdx index neither with gbp pairs as i dont se any consistent correlation. But found it annoying that the dollar had to crash just tonight... honestly probably no gap etc due to brexit... but corona can give some fun phehaps in the weekend?

Overall GBP longs have been reduced from 59% to 52%

In order for all these longs to be reduced we'd need a fall in prices.

The best probability on the weekly would be to keep shorting rallies.

Higher prices are just a super opportunity to sell into it for the time being

Thing is a rise in price should be equal to a rise from the longs. Its not the case right now. Especially when we are near the top of a move. So many weird things to watch out

why do you want the long to be reduced !!!

long reduce that's mean more upside for GU

u need more long ratio for small traders so the market maker will do apposite of them

he does not qutoe whom he has chosen... but cot data anyhow is not really retail traders, it is the big players and companies that needs to hedge positions to make trades. Not in full agrement with kuroro which one needs to follow but leave it out of her, but the most important are non commercials and commercials, which are/have to be fully opposite eachother on long/short.

but he has the point there, the big players tend not to want to loose money. So if the price is going up and the total longs are NOT increasing that means that the large player are not buying into it, but mostly retails (the retails is not really part of cot). Hence such movement would give contrarion sentiment and that they are on the up move stacking shorts accumulation for some period to trigger is to go long, until they decide to not buy our longs anymore, hence stall the uppmove which kills the demand, and then we panic and get screwed over :-)

What miracle? For me its an easy sell setup, I am trading without emotions or worries, with a target and a back-up plan when to get out.
