To think longer term chart says we work higher as inflation will be up and interest rates I think up

Hi Bones. Just out of interest what are the Y-axis units on that GBPUSD chart you posted in Post #453107? On my chart I see values around 1.27740, but you seem to have values around 12,777.70000 ie your decimal place seems to be shifted to the left, turned into a comma and you have an additional decimal place at the fifth position. What units are you using?

I have a downtrend on GA and GC for instant; I sold the GA at 1.67800 and waiting for getting out of the order; didn't broke yet the SL but very close

Hi Aus one thing that bothers me is loads of useless numbers past the first 5 ,I don't know why it says 12,xxx rather than 1.2 but its the same thing
seems easiest to think in thousands then hundreds to me

I think this chart is a good advert for 2 known concepts you can bank on I've seen time and time again
1-the flash wick indicates a retrace is coming -super long wicks generally are aggression opposite regardless of form
2-gaps are res and will be filled over time

Maybe the weekly and monthly suggest more time before any higher if thats the case

Out at BE but for an intraday trade it was long; waiting for the afternoon to hit my daily target

I assume that the price will now go up to the point of 1.28183. And it can rise to the point of 1.28610. However, if the price is not strong enough, it will go down to the point of 1.26881.

I believe the cable will resume the bullish move as from Monday considering how strong was its resistance it was despite the strong posting from USD from Wednesday, coupled with the disappointment from the most figures released on USD today; I expect the trend to resume.

Hey Ioni - No trade on this pair today banged 2 longs on the euro usd at 111 500 this morning just closed em at 60 pips and done for the day.

This week 370 pips plus some change - can do better lol only trading two pairs which makes it easier.

Impressive. This is the best advice you can give to the other traders: focus on very few pairs and know by heart how it works, all about hilo amplitude, more or less reaction to the rumors and news and so on.

Worked hard helping some friends with all kind of settings for their accounts.

Have a nice weekend and see you next Monday in the same place.

GBP/USD continues to struggle at its 55 day ma at 1.2800 and while capped by its 20 day ma at 1.2860 will maintain a bearish bias. Nearby support remains 1.2642/36, one remain unable to rule out a brief extended rally towards 1.2800/40 ish. Provided that the rally remains capped by the 20 day ma at 1.2860 the market will remain vulnerable on the downside.
