Almost messed up this morning, as had looked at how the US-Twins had been setting up and assumed (ass-you-and-me etc) that it would be roughly the same across all The Weird Bunch...wroooooooong...

The 100 got me out of trouble first as it set up with both the new high and low on the same bar, just for giggles...

While all this is going on, the Germans were slapping everyone about a bit (steady, steady...) but have relented in the last hour and have turned it around in good style. It took a triple-dipper to make it happen, mind you. Hand-to-hand combat - what's not to like...

My second profit on this pair today +5 CA. Still in my EG +20, EU +15.

Hey Hal,
Great to see you are having continued success with TooSlow's 1-2-3 set ups.
Obviously I don't know if YOU know, but......
If you are placing trades via MT4, then trailing stops don't work if/when you shut down your terminal/computer. They will only work if your terminal is still active, as they are NOT recorded on your Brokers Server. They are only recorded on your client terminal.

Please see attached NOTE on my brokers "Client Terminal User Guide" under Trailing Stops heading.

Wow - you know something, MG, I had completely forgotten that. My gear is on permanently and so it is never an issue but yeah, thanks for the reminder!

Thanks Michael, aha, I use MT4 just for charts currently. I trade on the Oanda Java platform so haven't experienced that with the trailing stop.

Not sure exactly what you are referring to faatumo. But I will break it down as best I can. Where I have the arrow was the high. So the next hour price moved up toward that, it came back down and triggered at the open price 2828. it moved down to 2020 where I got my profit. It never threatened the stop which was up at 2839.

Later it did move up and take out the stop but after I had locked profit. Then it gave another entry. I thought I took this one too, but apparently not, wish I had as it got about +40 on a classic set up.[attach]42017

Meaning
Red arrow shows candle broke the high, i would've gotten in on the next candle but then wouldn't have made a TP since it turned the other way shot up and hit SL.
Am i correct in saying this?
