We saw it clearly in 2007 under the Financial crisis how the Money was taken out of all the housing markets in the South of Europe With the crashing GPB. In 2007 the value of the USD GPB was someting like 2.1 towards the USD. Then it crashed Down to something like 1.35. This was one of the reasons for the housing market crash in 2007 in the South of Europe. For some time the housing marked in the UK crashed too but very quickly we saw an increase in he value of the housing marked in the UK due to Money invested in UK instead. With the low GPB it is very attractive to invest in the UK. Only by the exchangerate one get 25%more value of the Investment from the US to the UK than before the vote of Brexit. UK is 5 biggest economy in the world. They import more than they eksport and will be a highly valuable parter to trade With. The question is if UK is falling apart With Scotland vote. This will take more than two years before we know.Apart from that I do not think UK will fall into a deep hole but will become an interesting trade partner for many countries and very important for the EU.Low currency makes Money flow and investmentinto the country.

GBPUSD doesn't know whether to test the demand at 1.2408 , or go with the demand at 1.2424 ..Either way , I don't trust it at the moment ..I'm looking for a BOUNCE ,and a move towards 1.2450 ...

You see that supply zone at 2464. That is a good strong one. Break this and we may even see 2490.

breaking those limits for some small moves down means not that easy go the bear ,a probable db may lead bo1.2457 at this level also showing strength of bull still intact . anyway hope not that will success though & will wait for more correction before the go.Take care , fontu
