And the pair is back below parity on weak US dollar. I think the Swiss franc actually will start to depreciate again before the end of the month.

What to believe?

Above 10 years High/Close middle price (120 SMA)
Below 5 years Close/Low middle price (60 SMA)
Triangle

My opinion is likely to fall instead of rise.

But what do you believe, guys?

USDCHF is going down soon.

This can be a good place to do a sell order and target 50pips to 100pips.

Anyone got a different point of view?

Yeah, I would say down we go from here, at least to 0.9770-0.9800.

I agree it is difficult to say. I attach a couple of charts. I would say long off those weekly highs at 1.033 is a no brainer. It may be a year or two. Then the monthly. Is there a reason why it couldn't go above 4.xx as it was in 1972? I probably won't be waiting to find out. Swiss Franc is on negative interest rates still. The only problem I see is trading it. It is possible to enter a 40 year trade on the hourly, though.

USD/CHF is trading below parity this week as price approaches 0.99. Current market price is 0.9924, i expect a move down below 0.99, my target is 0.9867.

USD/CHF climbed above parity with price now trading around 1.0008. Main trend on the short-term remains in consolidation.

What we see is a weekly candle, bullish engulfing. Additionally this candle is divergent. I very much doubt this is a retest of 1.000 before resuming the downtrend.

USD/CHF is now trading at 1.0064. The pair seems to consolidate around parity until something major stirs the markets.

USD/CHF is having a time when it must decide whether it will continue going down making a trend reversal on the short term or it will keep on going to the upside. Today we might get a hint from the latest US CPI and ARS data.

The pair seems to be insecure on its way down as bulls tried to bring the price back above parity. Interesting to see how the bears react in the coming week.

USD/CHF appears to be losing steam as price went to a low of 0.9896 but then bulls then took control over the pair and brought it back up to weekly close at 0.9954.
1 trader viewing now
