Here is how that same superb descending channel on the GBP/AUD looks like on the 1-min chart now.

We see a potential breakout to the upside (red circle) but it is still too early to tell...

dont think double top there ,at the mo I see potential double bottom

maybe the markets speculating on Carney since he just said the other week he got it wrong

The Bank of England is now “very likely” to improve its economic forecast next month, Mr Carney said as he said he was “surprised” that the economic slowdown that he forecast has not materialised.

If we look at GBP in broader terms all the bad news seems to be out of the way for now.

I only see upside for GBP and therefore it should excel on the crosses.

US dollar im overall bullish so long GBP/USD for me isnt the best choice.

I believe the EURO will come under pressure this year both on a political note as well as economic.

Shorting EUR/GBP seems to me the obvious play and the benefit is that the cost of carrying this position is a positive factor on the swap points.

Tantra, you don't have to expect ANYTHING to make money in the Forex, just follow the market, period.

If it wants to go that way, go that way too. If it wants to go the other way, go the other way too.

Pending limit buy order at 1.6695, 25 pip stop.
