apart from the fact its more like range than any trend EUs been in one for years just about clinging on for the min
guess eur gbp just about to fall 1000 pips on a quarterly chart gives us a little heads up

The pound was always a very good buy at 2000 you only have to think about all the big money men wanting to buy into the uk

well now i will be looking to short GBPUSD from 1.2610-50 and looking for 1.245- something if broker then will wait for 1.22
and there is a very good chance 1.21 might get hit again in few months..

I'm currently nursing a short from 1.2593, (SL of 75 pips), but I'm currently comfortable that it'll come back down. I'm targeting the 1.2440 region for this trade.

anyways Good Luck guys i am bearish on Pound Still will see how 1.2650 will turn out if didn't broker that might be the turning point for Pound also don't forget TRUMpitter..
he will pump the $$ he is Businessman and he might have promised some Big Boys too, perhaps his FRIENDS,

i am not going to sell $$ for at least few months will see how TRUMP's Promises Point out.. if i am not Wrong He don't want to Disappoint Wall Street Boys..

Lots of positive stuff on the pound - May going over to USA - think UK weekend papers will be full of it over the weekend.
Got the low of the day on GBPJPY, got 147 pips- so a happy chap.
If we get further move upwards during the Asian session - would expect a pullback tomorrow morning, also UK GDP might influence things if we get a decent deviation from expected. Might provide a buying opportunity. Only slight issue May's meeting is on a Friday, then there are monthly flows

You forgot to mention the 150 pip drawdown (heat) the trader had to endure before reaching that 1.2585 level you were looking for, no?

Concerning the resistance it depends on your time frame of course, a 5 min resistance is totally meaningless on the monthly charts for example.
