As highlighted bar failed to make low low, we can wait for price to come to open price of this bar with buy entry with sl at day low. Am i doing right? please guide.

Yes Kammgcni it looks like you have it right. Hard to see the bar through that highlight color but it looks like the right one. Follow the rules over and over they are simple and you will get it. Cheers.

I longed on 19049 with sl at day low as this highlighted blue bar failed to make low...and price comes to open i longed....huge profit......

Hi Kammgcni. You don't need to use the highlighter, we can figure out where the trade should be.

If you really, really, feel the need to still use it, maybe make it grey or something so it is easier to see what's going on. Cheers.

Hey guys, can you please say whether the selected entry correct? Still makes me a problem to determine whether to return to D1 is sufficient or not. This is a test rates D1?

It's kind of hard to tell on your chart Eve55. It looks like fractionally it moved lower to test and then back up to make it a legit trade. Most set ups will show a factional move to qualify it. I have the hi lo display on my charts to show that. Should you take the trade? That is a personal choice I pass on a lot of those until I can see move movement one way or other.

Here is an example of a trade on the EG I did take. Moved fractionally lower and I usually would wait on these because often they will continue on their merry way lower. It got up to about +13. I took 80% off at +5, that is how I have been managing my trades over here. It currently has moved down to +.8. I have not changed my stop it probably will go there. I have caught some nice runners with this strategy.

Thank Hal7, today traded me wrong, I'm still just AU ... If UC makes the move back to D1 low, I'll trade by HILO Method
