Today is the mother of all news, the world largest banking system and economy is about to make( or pretend to make) the most critical economic and financial decision. Charts gonna get into hyper spikes(eu is good at that). Some ppl say stay out of the way of a mad bull, some would challenge the beast. What is ur decision pals today,Stay out or ride to riches? Lol

I will leave charts 3 hours before the event. Reason: I have some things to do overnight.
But anyway if I had not, I would be here waiting to see if a price of my instruments will hit a specific area to try buy or sell it.

Nothing predicting, thinking or stuff like that. I leave that to the specialists able to react very quick based on the FOMC report.

Btw, most of the people will be looking to the interest rates numbers ---->
Hopefully things will be in line, otherwise there will be some very sad accounts tomorrow

For me I already made a few pips so less inclined to participate in this madness LOL! actually, the news starts a little late for my liking...if it was happening earlier then I would certainly be watching like a sniper & pouncing like a tiger LOL!

Lol,spikes is just gonna be the threat to some high skill scalpers here. I suggest a two ways pending order of 30pips. Its sure 60pips today.

Thank you for your comment. IMHO, any recovery may be slow, very slow. BUT, I still reckon it returns over some 4 ish years to at least its historical norms. Eventually 2 becomes the base and the last 40 yrs fades off as a bad memory.

In that case you have to care about slippage, spreads widening, where to SL and where to take profits. The risk is to buy the top and sell the low and being stopped out on both. Or eventually one of the two orders.

The thing is not simple: one has to understand what are the implications in todays fomc release, and when it will be published, acting properly. This is not something one can do by reloading the calendar page and buy if green sell if red. No matter the data, market is focused in many possible things coming from the fomc and even a confirmation of interest hike, which is completely priced in $ btw, could send Gu straight into 1.28 area and higher. I would say 1.30 area for the week.

Else, there could be a no change in interest rates but market smelling something more important, and you will find cable down into 1.24 then till 1.22.

Guess you became billionaire then, knowing in advance where price would have gone.


anyway, the key areas to watch imo in actual structure are the 1.30 and the 1.22
but of course, as long as people will keep watching where price is now and what the ema or macd is showing, or reading those specialist analysis found in the web, you will find very few people understanding what is really going on around these actual levels.

yes the 1.28 is important but definetly the whole move down to lows, started into 1.29 area while the 1.29 - 1.35 range is something more related with brexit vote. I mean, if for whatever reason market will decide that brexit is not negative for UK and the Pound, the 1.35 will be broken. As long as the actual situation keeps the same, 1.29 - 1.35 range is definetly 1 step forward. Finally, 1.29 area (1.30 round) is atm a possible top-range.

note: not considering above, what could be the effects of $ in the cross. I mean, until 1.30 $ pressure is not much affecting pound. but this would change if /once above that area ..
