I would have been inclined to sell Eur/Gbp around 0.8900, and if it breaks 0.8400 it's likely headed lower, but I just don't trade it because I've historically had bad luck with that pair.

Although I'd like to see Gbp/Usd shoot up above 1.2550 and murder some bears, at the moment I'm kind of getting a kick out of watching the fight around the 1.2500 level. Of course, I won't think it's so funny if it ends up turning back downward.

It's a 10-20 pip war here - bulls know they can pick up momentum above 1.2510 and 1.2520 - bears, below 1.2490 and 1.2480.

Since the latest news release, Eur/Usd an Aud/Usd are signalling higher.

Don't worry, I'm in the Bull team for the mid-term. Even if NFP bring GBP down, it will only make a much better entry to go long for a week or two. (and [blur effect here] FALL [effect ends] again for the rate-rise speculative weeks..ups.. )

With both Eur/Usd and Aud/Usd surging significantly higher, I don't think the bears can hold Gbp/Usd down - I think they'll likely back off and pick another battle point.

Closed longs today. I expect some consolidation around 1.25 for the rest of the day and will add longs again at the Asian low tomorrow.
