possible scenarios:

1) one possible scenario is big boys are buying usd heavily on weakness (they're not selling eventhough data is bad for usd), this could end-up with usd sky-rocketing maybe next week.

2) they really not reacting, maybe because waiting for election or so, this could make usd go anywhere way next week..

3) they're waiting the biggest player to make a move first..
