The pair has been consolidating sideways above 1.2150 for a while now, and it has formed several spinning top bars on the four-hour time frame, so there might be some retracement in the near future, so I too am considering opening short-term longs.

I see buying interest, but this might not fly until some stops are run and further sell orders triggered and trapped under the highlighted area shown in chart. If we rise directly from here, then great, if we don't then another chance to scale more longs for me.
Chart was done last night, but price still in same area, currently 1.2170. As a new member my posts have to be moderated before being shown, so this post will probably appear when price is different from now.
Second picture shows what can happen to short trades this week.
Remember, Cable is extremely volatile and lack of liquidity can result in massive sudden moves, we could just as easily drop 1000 pips in 120 seconds again just for fun too.
