#GBPUSD love it when a plan comes together..... calculation have been on point these few trades on pound.... taking notes and seeing what is working and not working... did not expect a sell off this big.... one thing im trying to work on is if the calculation can tell me if the move will be big or not... I took half off @ 1.3026 and now playing with the house money anyways kudos to those that are short the pound.. Gann Analysis {image}

Pound pressure well remains on the downside while dollar is strong due to better US CPI data, Gbp/Usd broke below the psychological level at 1.3000, further decline might be expected.

US data still hold positive outlook and gesture next week.

Do not copy people, be certain and check ECONOMIC CALENDAR. It doesn't lie.. - goes against the currency and + works right with currency.

Trade safe.

Gbpusd make cypher pattern. Does it will make bullish candle next week? I hold my long position (buy) at 1.3280. Does gbpusd will back to 1.32xx in next w1??

imo, maybe in a couple weeks...either way it sounds like a gamble for you -- why not just focus on your trading strategy and
follow it well, then you will know if it works over time and then you can tweak it over time.

We have come to the main support @1,3, having the Climatic action bar. The last climatic action bar was the Brexit bar. However the volume of the current climatic bar is twice lower than that. Best D.P.

I mostly accumulating as well. However I hardly believe what the price reaches 3280 next week.
The weekly initial balance is wide; it is 2995-32475. IMO, we are about to be fluctuating within this range.

There are hidden gaps within the range:
--- 30282-30666
--- 31252-31622
--- 32135-32250
--- 32308-32330

So, that is why we have many zones to work out.

GBPUSD, having broken the monthly pivot point, is obviously heading southward come next week with possibility of getting to 1.29000 and even lower to the 1.27950 support level before a possible reversal...

Do you guys think it could fall below 1.2900? Frankly, I closed my short at 1.3010. That might have a premature decision.

It might. However, chances are that it will test the support level of 1.27950 (2016.07.06) before reversal...

It might go below 1.29000. However, since you have closed your trades, wait for further downward triggers before embarking on a short again...

Indirectly yes it is logical - what is stopping a new low being created. New Post Brexit low even in the distance ?
How we get there well that will surely have some ups and downs along the way ..
