Morning Sam if you recall yesterday I said we will use that line as price trades up but it will come down of it to until it breaks so last night up late and can't beleive it did not hit 3110 so 3270 short my long stopped out 3250 so new tl sort regards

Hey guys...trade well this UK session, I'm out tonight probably back for US session

Today was amazing for GBP during Asian session, was like a full on Euro/UK/US session in the morning and I literally closed two longs a few seconds before a 30 pips jump to todays asian highs...I thought we were heading to 3300 in Asia today at second wave but then the bulls gorge on pips decided they needed a siesta...
Was able to make up on the way back shorting from 3250......phew!!

I usually don't trade Asia but wanted to complete a cycle from the US session not expecting it to go tearing up. Was a great session if you were on the right side but how many retail traders would expect that of the lowest volume session?

Here's a youtube vid another trader sent me about a guy call Tom Dante, hope no one minds me posting it because I think he has some valuable info to pass on....I've only just heard of him and not trying to flog anything he's saying but I myself will look into his webinars...

BUT BE WARNED, THERE IS NO SWEAR WORD THIS GUY DOESN'T USE AND DELIVERED WITH THAT BRITISH ACCENT THAT GOES SO WELL WITH THE PROFANITY.....LOL

Well pick your poison, holding a few shorts from the weekly roll over , will close if it spikes down to near yesterdays low , have very few left , charts show it is sitting at what was resistance yesterday , did have 2 8 hour closes below it , lots of us news do out later , looking a little bouncey, would be tempted to buy a spike near yesterdays low , gl all

Current hourly candle is forming a reversal bottom day. It has made both a low lower than previous candle and a high higher than previous candle. Yesterday we had a reversal top day that sent prices down.

In August 2016, the quantity bought (volume) of retail sales is estimated to have increased by 6.2% compared with August 2015; all store types except textile, clothing and footwear, and household goods showed growth with the main contribution coming from food stores.

The quantity bought decreased by 0.2% compared with July 2016; the largest contribution to the decrease came from non-food stores which was offset by increases in non-store retailing, predominantly food stores and petrol stations.

The underlying pattern in the retail sector is still one of growth with the 3 month on 3 month movement in the quantity bought increasing by 1.6%.

The amount spent (value) in the retail industry increased by 4.1% compared with August 2015 and decreased by 0.5% compared with July 2016.

The amount spent online increased by 18.5% compared with August 2015 and increased by 0.4% compared with July 2016.

Non-seasonally adjusted average store prices (including petrol stations) fell by 1.9% in August 2016 compared with August 2015.

Looks bearish to me but in the bigger scheme this bear channel is just a bull flag, we had a major trend line break so buying the recent low or an higher low make sense to me.......before than I will be shorting at a convenient price...
