Hello everyone,
We are clearly in a monthly balance. About weekly we could say the same but there is a possibility to see a trend up if the last 2 periods will be confirmed with current week action. While current market is in a daily trend up (4 days in a row upwards ).
Having said that, in a top down approach, I would like to underline that this daily and maybe weekly move up is based upon an extremely weak structure, leaving behind incredible weak levels supported only by gaps.
We are inside a 51 daily bracket where the mid point (or half back if you like) is at 31637. The top of this major bracket is at 35826 while the bottom is at 27948.
So, today is US bank holiday and we may insist in this weak action, balance or eventually retrace some of it. But in any case,
in order to clarify the weakness of the structure below I'll write down some of the last major weak references left behind:

  1. current Tokyo poor low at 32928
  2. current Sydney PL at 32896
  3. Friday 09.02 Pit session cluster PL at the same Sydney bottom level (!!)
  4. Friday 09.02 GB poor low at 3252 tagging...
  5. ...Thursday 09.01 Pit low at 32505 (round number)
  6. Huge GB minus develpment from 32327 down to 31517 made the first day of this month (during a news!) leaving behind...
  7. GB PL at 31295
  8. Tokyo PL at 31275
  9. ....

Looking at what has happened so far this morning
Market came off slightly- based on overnight reports
Now rallying in expectation of decent PMI Services
Would not be surprised if it disapoints
Certain indicators I have a very good chance of getting right- NFP, Retail Sales
But this....
Anyone have a clue?
