I just had a conversation with another novice trader regarding my trading platform, which he liked. @Quinton I don't know how to quote a private conversation like you did with ours, so I will paraphrase.

"Love your platform, what is it?"
"A prop platform, leave me alone."
"I can't use MT4 at work, need a browser platform that actually works."
"Forex Charts now leave me alone!"

If for some reason somebody's platform decides it's having a bad day (happens to the best of us) then this is a gem that I discovered a while back. Not so much golden as... diamond-ish?

EUR/USD

EUR/USD buyers are currently climbing a wall of worry after the Brexit induced drop in the pair (shown by the jagged PA since the drop). This means that they see prices as cheap enough to buy but are at the same time concerned about the future of any long positions. Accordingly these buyers tend to be easily shaken out of their positions causing sharp pullbacks against the current trend when price means some technical head winds. A good confluence of technical factors is coming together for a short @ 1.1234. The golden level is supported by the 61.8 fib level drawn from the short-term high and low spanning the Brexit drop. The H4 200 MAs which lie slightly below this level should slow price momentum as it approaches this zone.

The pound has breached the initial lows around 1.3215 that were formed right after the drop after the Brexit news. The fact that this low was breached and did not act as support for a sustained rally, indicates that traders anticipate GBP to remain weak for some time. This creates an opportunity as previous support turns to resistance. A short entry should be positioned around 1.3215 - 1.3238. An even more conservative short position would be initiated at 1.3289. At least one of the 200 MAs on the hourly chart will confluence with one of these levels, providing additional resistance barriers to price.

Due to the overall oversold state of the pound, any short position from these levels should be held only over the short-term and not beyond the 1.2800 low.

AUD/NZD

Price is entering the thickest and longest-term price range in at least the last two years. Price broke out of this month-long range on the Brexit news and is now turning back up into the lows of the price range. A short is possible at 1.0408 - 1.0417 with short-term M30 200 MAs acting as confluence factors. The more conservative level is located 10 pips higher at 1.0427 with both H1 200 MAs clearly acting as potential confluence. The .50 fib level also ads strength to the higher level making it the target price for a short.

Scalping level @ 135.78. This pair is basing so any short position should be considered counter-trend and quick profit should be taken.

Add two vertical lines as per the video and start moving them around and the levels will show. You will notice your platform slow as you move between timeframes also.

USD/JPY

Recent price action is indicating the end off or at least significant pause to the prevailing down trend. There should still be some late-coming shorts who wish to catch this previous down trend. The zone around 104.00 - 104.10 would be the first area to consider for a short. The trend line should slow price momentum right before price nears this price zone. The level around 104.34 should be considered the more conservative of the two short entry levels as it is better priced and is likely to confluence with the H4 200 exp. MA.

If you zoom out you will see them at a much higher or lower price level. If the whole historical price period is used and the number of lines set to just 5, the lines are used up long before the Indi calculates for the levels you want. Add the vertical lines to recent price action or another area where price action is at the same level and the lines will form where you need them. Increasing the number of lines will probably help too.

Golden level @ 1.3017 formed by the recent cup. Despite being caught in a longer term range, short-term PA is bullish with some decent upward momentum which would support any long position taken after a pull back to the level.

Took a quick scalp on GBP/JPY at 135.879 and closed at 134.944 for almost 90 pips if I'm right. Thanks for a good call Quinton

Closed the USD/CHF scalp from the original level (posted on the GL USD/CHF thread) and closed the AUD/JPY short at BE when it became clear that momentum would push price through it on another try. So not right now.
