Now Scotland want another referendum for their own independence. Could have better luck 2nd time around considering the UKs' own precedence.

Well there you go I had the gap trade plus to 1.4250 who would of thought it . Somebody has made a fortune . Now how to lay the game ? Will it be gap down on Sunday if so I would be long big time to 1.51 gal to all regards as ever E

It would be a shame to see the Scots go ,maybe EU is better for them ,I really think they haven't felt the adverse affects .

Its clear where its felt the most in England , bar London really benefiting from cheap labour ,these guys are happy to live in adverse conditions ,its good for business and those with money ,drives property through the roof
the young vote is about ,there yet to live seeing immediate personal benefits ,but not the big picture

Theres a political divide that just wont seem to go ,honestly I would never say we need to break up same situ ,seems some wont let it go ...

Hats off to the Welsh ,a great country ,thier beneficiaries from EU ,I hope will lose nothing by their vote out ,I highly doubt Wales would ever leave Uk

Scotland wants to go fine ,my belief would that would be a huge mistake on their part

what's everyone's take on how gu will open on monday? i was short from 1.47 but did not take profit at 1.33.....then saw the bounce but decided to keep it...i am hoping that the gbp goes lower next week. I'm short gbpjpy as well

"The shadow home secretary Yvette Cooper has slammed the boss of Domino's Pizza UK in a row over immigration controls in Britain.
Cooper, the Labour MP for Normanton, Pontefract and Castleford, said that the government needed to make sure that employers helped train the next generation of British workers rather than "relying on trained staff from abroad".
"Take the Domino's Pizza boss who said he needed low-skilled workers from abroad to fill all his vacancies," Cooper said.
"Yet if he has trouble filling jobs, why doesn't he pay staff more? Many aren't even paid the living wage."

I agree , I think they are better off part of UK and made almost exact same comment as your highlighted one in the 1st of my 2 posts on the matter.

Some focus on Boris and his British optimism may start to come into play.

CBs have a certain limit to impact the market, if the event is so huge i think nobody will stand in the way. i think brexit will cause disasters in both UK and EU...

The markets were oversold on that day when the Brexit results just started to come in. And we have seen that Cable is finding support at better levels now. This is the result of the Panic attack which causes the currency to loose its real value in the over-hyped markets
