Disliked{quote} Stop mode can let the profit run in trending markets only and it has a weakness which is inevitable: If the price jump (especially on NFP/Bid rate/important NEWS), all stop orders will be dealt at very bad price lvl. I have made a EA before which is good at NEWS breakout, and i inquired VVfish(news trading master) for his suggestion. "this is not gotta work in NEWS time" he replied. Then i give it up....Ignored
You can't escape from slippage, IMO. On the background, requote is something "usual" that is happening during high volume times like NFP or bid news. My previous 2 brokers were quite bad at slippage. You order on some price, after NFP happened, the price can slip far away from what you expect. But their weekend spread is not too bad, while my current broker is having quite big spread on weekends' gap. But that went well on me, because I never trade during weekends' gap.
Plus I can "play" a little trick over there to quickly increase my profit rate in yearly. *** ooooops... I said it
DislikedIf you play on Demo, all stop order will be dealt at whatever price you set. For real accounts, huge slippage will eat up your profit.Ignored
I can't find any other broker with demo account which simulates slippage except my current broker.....
But that's just my humble opinion, I have nothing related to them anyway. Just sharing my personal experience.
If you ask me to code/fix your EA... it's probably not for free...
