What would be the impact on CHF in case of each ACCEPT or REJECT?

I read an article that if it's "ACCEPT" that would be negative on the Swiss Economy, hence CHF.

Right now, I can’t see the entrance for opening a deal on the asset, so I’ll wait until the price reaches one of the levels, and then I’ll make a decision.
