Aw I remember this like it was yesterday. It was 1-2am in the morning, pacific time, and I get one of those Bloomberg notifications that the SNB is no longer supporting the floor for the eur/chf something along those lines so I go straight to the eur/chf chart since that's the pair the floor was set for and . That move was instantaneous... There is nothing anyone could of done about that

because news doesn't matter believe it or not. News just adds liquidity.

On another note, I got stopped out from my short by 2 pips and missed the move down because I wasn't at my computer in time.
