nothing yet, depends on some other factors than chfjpy price itself but probably on a new low below 115 if thats going to be the case.

If that YEN keeps appreciating they will lose all their Chinese tourists which spend big time in Japan. Without Chinese tourists Japan would be pretty screwed.

No, but I did have some great Matsusaka beef in Japan this week. The strong YEN did not work out in my favor this week while in Japan. Bought an amazing rice cooker,Japanese Meat Knife and a nice pan. Those 3 items alone alone 115,000 YEN

It's still consolidating. I doubt we'll see anything different before the FOMC meeting minutes get announced later today. I too do think that it will continue falling though.

If Government intervenes that YEN will fly in the opposite direction. I was really expecting YEN to reverse direction back to 120. I am surprised it even got under 111

Sure was. Wife flipped out after she found out I spend 78,000 YEN on a Rice Cooker. I love to cook and love Japan along with Japanese foods. Now I need that damn YEN to drop so I can buy myself a nice house in Japan
