EUR, USD and JPY want to be weakened to boost export revenue and Yellen just did them in....its a price war.

If a central bank want higher prices they need to push it up 2000 pips, not 100. That's the only way the big boys will ever learn to bet against them. See, like the swissy did. That was effective for a few years. This is carry unwinding. Moving back into Euro's. Euro will be the funding currency.

Appreciate your essay but everyone who follows C.Bs around the world knows how this pair react after intervention...

hmm, I smell a retracing coming.... 112.13 perhaps 50% fib of the move down post-fomc to today's bottom. You can't discount the effect of CB intervention. If BoJ does make a real effort, we may see a 200pip upswing. Fade it as much as you like, but I'd say the BoJ is not really a CB to play with.

On M5 time frame, looking at completion of minor correction iv near 112.10, before resuming downtrend.

Price is price. There is no such thing as fair value, overbought, oversold and all the rest.
Because if there was price .... wouldn't move up or down.

I closed my shorts. It will probably retrace now, and I won't open them again before a breakout below the previous low.

I think USD/JPY is going to go down next week. It closed at new low on Friday, after consolidating for over a month.

UJ has been stuck in a range for a month and a half now and actually Friday's close was slightly higher than Thursday's.

Maybe it breaks Monday and maybe it continues stuck.

Right but thursday's close was at a new closing low, maybe a slight retracement monday but not much, it should be a down week.
