Remember you called for bearish cable last week, v.good call.The PA this morning has been some kind of compression, I.e. steady pushing to one direction, on my chart it is basically constraintment by LTF short MAs, normally that will lead to a spring up and erase the entire compression move, what happens next is to be determined by HTF PA though

#GBPUSD all bullish forecast are VOID....... PA confirmed downside on today candle.... not shorting or going long just on the sidelines for now..

My best guess is, before NY open, price climbs to 1.3925/30 before heading back down to the region of today's lows.

We have important US data coming out today as well, which could turn the screw further.

Current position - sidelines.

H1 engulfing is not the point as LTF engulfing in such a trend(even H1) is not likely be enough to stop the momentum.

My rational is the retracement of the big red H4 candle after a new H4 candle opens.

I also mentioned the M15 compression earlier and if there is a retracement, it will most likely at least erase all the compression candles(those that has wick on both sides but in whole steadily pushing down. watch the PA though, compression retracement is usually very quick, 2-3 M15 candles for 40-50 pips is usually, if it hesitates then it doesn't look good any more.
