GBP is weaker than the USD at the moment, wait till the news release, and see what happen

Its happening right now.. But i am not sure of the after data affects, probably some gains and the decline will continue.

Now that is why I love scalping... Market spiked under the range to clear stops... Waited for spread to tighten a bit. Bought in, two minutes later... Sold out.

No holding a damn position for long. Stress over! I should have sold straight as soon as the spike reached higher magnitude than the crash, but... I was almost expecting the market to be taken straight back to new highs, lol...

Honestly, I don't think there was a single experienced trader here that wasn't expecting the market to be spiked through the bottom range on that news.

Why do you think the market surged so hard a minute later? Everyone jumped in thinking the same thing. (Ah, just a stop takeout! Buy buy buy!!!)

It's just too bad the market only spent milliseconds down by 1.4450... There was absolutely no way to get in any lower unless you had a limit order in place.

I am sure people had positive expectations out of data and started buying which brought a great rebound of almost 40 pips.

Think they got bigger moves to make later on for selling so nows the time to buy em.
News just fits their agenda as and when they need it.
Might be wrong here but 145 400 and i am taking the sell for sure

Have you ever heard of "Big Data"? There are hedge funds that use satellite data of store parking lots to predict earnings for chain stores before they release earnings each quarter, don't believe me? Look it up!

Well, they are not completely random. There are models built to try to predict central banker actions that have some degree of edge.
