Name the template as "default" ... so it will automatically load when you open a new chart.

You can specify a particular chart and timeframe in the settings of MADdash.
If the template name is blank, it will use your default chart template.
It gives you some flexibility if you have a particular template you want to use with MADdash, but not as your default chart.

Thanks for the post CapeCoddah. I've encountered it before when I've used some new functionalities not supported in earlier builds... but in this case I can't really figure out what the terminal is grumbling about.
Quite possibly another 'whoops' moment by MetaQuotes so I'm not going to lose too much sleep over it now that runboyrun has it sorted anyway
PS I make plenty of errors, so best I admit to at least one or two every now and then

i am wolf - all you need to do is open up common inputs on the maddash file, scroll down to font size and change from 10 to 9 or 8 this worked for me

Created a new dashboard that eliminates stale signals and shows ONLY active/current trend within the time period specified by user, as I hinted in post 984; since you have been very busy of late, and did not want to disturb or pressurize you. We have an EA that will match and trade strong against weak currency groups and will be released tonight. I am very appreciative of kind and selfless coders like you and Rene.

We posted about $2,000 loss in the first day of test and discovered trades were being taken as signals crossed the threshold and pulled back. That's why you find 12 trades of the same instrument within 30 minutes. We therefore put a filter to stop entry in the same instrument within 45 minutes of the first trade. The losses were subsequently reversed the very next day, and the beauty of the trades is the duration of the trades and we have now included another filter to close all unprofitable trades within 15 minutes as there will always be other trades.

We've had some mixed results too as this is testing 2 different EAs and still working on them but net, net, the EA promises to be a game changer

Captain, the MADdash can be profitable for u too, if you consider some of the modifications I suggested.

This is one of such trades with 30 pip profit and 130 left on the table, as we have not added any trade manager yet since we're still testing and tweaking.

The strongest groups are actually AUD and NZD, and the weakest off course is GBP but the dashboard clearly shows the group in the "NOW" trend. The only viable "NOW" trade is USD and JPY group against GBP. The USD and JPY groups are not showing the remaining green arrows because I set my look back to the last 4 hours. So I sold GJ. Look at your charts and see what is happening on GU, GJ, GA and GN. With stale signals remaining on the dashboard, GA and GN are the best pairs to trade but they are not moving, maybe later if the GBP becomes very, very weak.

Michael,

It is not a secret but it is on another forum outside of FF, and members have been labelled commercial members for posting links to other sites.

I am not selling anything and just providing free ideas which someone has been generous enough to code for me, just like Honestknave did for the MADdash; and therefore don't want to be mistakenly labelled a commercial member. SH used to be one of the great coders on FF and if you do your due diligence you will find his forum, even just looking under someone's profile here may do the trick.
