friends if you can find a way with better proven results please show us and i will be the first that i will use it but if you cant only confuse the people throwing some ideas without trying to (except if this is the purpose, to confuse) " just simple trend filter with a MA "you make me laugh a lot was ....so difficult? so clever ? to think a MA as filter? so we have 2 cases 1) all the friend here are stupid ( because no one THOUGHT to put a MA in to the chart? ) or 2) we use it and is very bad what have greater probability after 9 months searching?...

Maybe you are all too color blind to trade; you are always looking for color change when you should in fact....
Just trade 1 color with the trend, think about it, you might make some pips for a change

I think results of Dimdel's trades are too good to mix it with another different ideas.
All we need at this moment is improve redgreen EA, make a good BT and after that we can add some additional filters. It's the fastest way.

This is how I understood the rules which dafa already described.
Also, as a signal filter rule big candles are not to be traded. For me, 'big' is something that has range greater then ATR(30) value. So once you see those, skip it and wait for the next color change. Someone mentioned in the thread that if next candle, after the signal candle, is inside candle then you can apply same rules to inside candle and set the orders.
