I can't help but think that cable isn't going anywhere North (significantly) until the referendum issue is sorted. Yes, it might rally upwards on the back of strong UK/weak US data, but the overall trend is down until the result of the referendum.

If the result is exit from the EU, expect a huge drop. If the result is remain within, expect a huge rise. I am yet to decide, but I would be more surprised if the result was for the UK to leave, than to remain.

I shall continue to sell (and sell only) on the retracements. I am not in the market for long positions, at all.

For now, and according to my analysis only, 1.46354 is the immediate pivot level for me.

The GBPUSD found some support around the 1.4600, but the bearish trend is still in place. There could be a breakdown of that level if the US data comes out better than expected.
