My advice to new traders would be to choose an instrument which is trending - not to bother trading a pair that was consolidating for the last few days. They should at least wait until it broke out of last week's high/low. In any case it is not the best pair to trade when it is trading at the same price as it opened this year. This is just fundamental stuff if you want to make money.

Daily pivot is here at 5434, so a very strong possibility for cable to break that at London open with 5526 as target

A traders sentiment can be grouped into those that do and those that don't, for instance my company has a do philosophy, but you will find around here people who post consistently for their own agenda of feeding their ego with importance, dont believe me well look even yesterday one trader here posted i think 20 odd times, lol in one day, its an annual theme around here. And this trader beggars to differ on the theme of hey this is what i think on all my charts yet on the other hand says hey dont follow me either, do you get it, its not about you and yes times change, environments do but i totally agree this place needs work done to it.

Lets see if today 155 is on the cards.

I think he means me,, sad,, ego, for me no,, i dont even need the money,, i like to be right,,yes,, i posted charts yesterday that went from a 61% long ext, to a sell to a 161% short ext,, earnings £0000, thats me with no company, and a youtube taught trader,, , if you would like me to stop posting then fine , might be a sore point if the trader was long, and i was showing a short interday trade ?????? if you think i post to much be a man and say so, not just say ,,,,a trader posted 20 times,,,omg get a life ... any body else want to say any thing about my posting please feel free to say so,,, i have really big shoulders ,, regards E

retail sales will be a big one today. negative number and 1.5400 is gone for good. positive we may have a dash at 5486. I don't see 60 pip rally on retail sales good number

retail sales number leaked??? 30 mins before. atleast it seems like that. if that is the case we may have a dash at 5486 before the number comes in

For me this is worth watching. I don't know why it is so important in UK because the British consumer buys loads of imported goods. Higher retail sales are not necessarily good for a country which is in debt.
