Marketmakers clearly take position now. Either up and accumulating buy orders and sell them at the highs. They'll keep this doing as long as their books has been filled and then run away to either up or down.

Public Sector Net Borrowing is positive but pound fails to fly high, so most likely, Pound has completed the short-term ascending correction ii of (iii) of [iii], which may be followed by a significant decline in the wave iii of (iii) of [iii]
