Cable tested its support @5160 and seems hovers around 5200

To be honest, I am quite puzzelled by the scale of the fall in GBP. BOE is not particularly dovish, UK economy is not particularly shabby, yet we reached the lowest level in 5 months.

Although USD strength certainly played a part, it is EURGBP buying that got us here, so what is behind this EURGBP buying? BUPA, ECB, or is it just because Europeans are withdrawing their capital from UK?

Could be equities. gbp this week is pretty much like CHF, it is not relevant in anyway, the main mover has been USD, equities and EUR all week and a bit of the YEN as well (in fact the past few weeks). so when ppl buy eur they dump the rest of the board when they buy usd they dump the rest of the board, in anyway GBP is dumped.

on a smaller tf, i have 1.509x as a target. a larger one is 1.484x a very strong flip point on higher TF. i'll start building long at 1.509x and hold it for a very long time

If it breaks below 1.5100 it will probably continue falling much, much lower than that.

Have some nice data for GBP next week, will watch it closely.

I think GBP is due for some retracement, it is some time dodgy that GBP will pierce major support level by 30-40 pips then turn back and reverse.
