Hello 60,
I've been reading through your threads lately. Very good work! Simple, concise and logical approach, the way it should be. I am tempted to join your group, however I'm afraid I won't have that much free time to follow the market all day. I wish you traded the higher tf (btw, wouldn't it be less exhausting, have more reliable set ups and more currency pairs to choose from if you were picking W tops/bottoms on 4H chart or M tops/bottoms on a D chart, have you tested those options?)! Anyways, GBPUSD gave a long signal, now as I'm typing reversed sharply.

Hi Poncho, there are indeed some people that trade h4/w and even a trader that uses the same logic on daily (they have threads on the site)- the logic remains, price swing's up and swings down and if you always participate you will have around a 50% win rate with winners slightly larger (on average) than losers... it's all about getting the mindset right and being consistent over a large enough sample for the odd's to play out. I personally trade for 2 month's and then holiday for 1 month - So I bury myself in trading all day for 2 months and then have a sabatical - I find the break gives me good time to consider what I want and what I am doing, that structure work;s for me. The beauty is once you have this down you can pretty much model it to suit your aim's and requirement's - One trader is working on just a single trade every day and letting it run to NY close. So, what I have shown here is just my version, the rigid structured approach helps me get up every day and repeat without really giving it much thought, I know the end result will be 2 positive months

Thanks for the quick reply! I will consider it.
Not the best day for GBPUSD, the LO bar whipped up and down making simultaneously new H&L and stopped me out just to set up another long trade. Pending order above the bullish bar, SL is a little tricky here with that long tail of the previous bar.

yeah - everyone took the hit -

I lose half of my trades - but average 1% more on my winners - I also have runs of 7 consecutive losers, and 7 consecutive winners - important to know what to expect

Just look at the chart 60 has posted. You get a bullish bar in a downmove so you assume this is the bottom and you place a pending long above that bar (at least 5 pips otherwise in cases like this you get whipped). The next bar is bearish, price is not moving in the anticipated direction so this may not be the bottom. On the breach of the low of the bullish bar we have failure at this low (the presumed bottom failed to become an actual one), therefore if the price ain't going up it's logical to assume that it will continue down, that's why 60 sells on the break of the false low. Anyway, that's how I see it.

Profit by weeks since the web-site went live: consistency can be maintained with a modest win rate and an average win slightly higher than average loss - you don't need a golden egg you just need to learn consistency

Hi 60, first of all thank you for feeding me with your latest presentation on the H4 T/F.

I'm always happy to find another bit that enhances this play. It is like a happy shot for me
to see what you have for us. Simple is not easy especially when to pull the trigger, and hanging in there

Learning more specifics that confirm a scenario of underpinning right conclusion in trading
.

Blessings to you
